WebResetting config instead of doing dumb shit in your post would have fixed it. didnt try this but thanks. Fixed it. I had to uninstall steam completely to do it tho. Maybe you just had to enable/disable multi-core rendering. ._. that didnt work i tried it just forgot to put it in the post.
