WebDynasty Warriors 9 is by far the worst entry in the series, and a large part of that is because of the new engine and open world gameplay. It performs atrociously and the core gameplay is shockingly bad. The environments are bland, the voice acting shocking. Animations glitch out, stages are bland and empty.
