WebApr 13, 2024 · Canada plays an important role in the global carbon cycle. Its boreal forests and tundra are responding to climate change. There has not been a comprehensive modeling assessment of Canada's land carbon cycle. WebWelcome! Our research group studies soil-plant-atmosphere interactions in a variety of climates and ecosystems. We measure energy, water and trace gas exchanges between the surface and the atmosphere to improve our understanding of water and carbon cycle processes and feedbacks between the biosphere and the climate system.
