This would be kind of a headache to implement in the UI since the current single basic split popup doesn't support it, and couldn't be reused for something like this. The EVE client isn't mentally challenged, it has a calculator, let's hold shift, click the first and last stack so they're all highlighted. Right click the group of ore/minerals. Select Divide Stack. Put in 13. And Presto. 13 even stacks of every ore/mineral/item you highlighed.
