WebThe prismatic slime can be pretty hard to get. It's can show up anywhere in the mines, skull cavern or quarry mine. I usually stick to the easiest floors in the mines and just do them over and over. Sometimes takes the whole quest time to get it. It's only available while the quest is active. So make sure your quest has not expired.
